This is the usual IAP schedule for healthy children. Your child's exact plan depends on their age, health, earlier doses and the vaccine brand, so Dr. Kodnani will confirm it at each visit.

Missed a dose? It is rarely too late. Bring the vaccination card and we will plan the catch-up doses.

What to bring

  • Your child's vaccination card or booklet
  • Any discharge papers from birth, if this is the first visit
  • A feed or a favourite toy to comfort your child afterwards

After the vaccine

Mild fever, fussiness, or a sore, slightly swollen spot where the injection was given is common for a day or two. Ask the doctor before giving any medicine.

Call the hospital if the fever lasts more than two days, your baby cries without stopping for more than three hours, or anything else worries you.
